14 15 March 60 second challenge.jpg

The 60 second film challenge is asking the people of Stroud to devise, shoot, edit and upload a short film in a single weekend, 14–15 March!

The films will be made on a theme which will be announced at 8.00am on Saturday 14 March!

Completed films will need to be uploaded by midnight on Sunday 15 March.

Everyone will be invited to register and you will be sent instructions and told the theme via text message or email. There is an entry fee of £5.

The Challenge has three categories: existing film makers, under 18s and new film makers.

Film production workshops run by experts will run during February. These will focus on lighting and sound in film: check for more information about these on the website.

Selected films made by people from each category will be screened at Film Stroud, the Community Film Screening event on Friday 20 March at Lansdown Hall.
