The Bass of Women explores Barcelona’s Jamaica-rooted sound system culture through a feminist lens. The film highlights the women shaping the scene - selectors, singers, engineers and organisers - while addressing cultural and political challenges. Join us on International Women’s Day to celebrate creativity, community, equality and big bass!
