Join us for an evening of film and discussion examining the impact of press intrusion and the urgent challenges facing journalism and democracy today.

We’ll screen two short films commissioned by Hacked Off, the campaign for a free and accountable press. These powerful stories reveal the human cost of unethical media practices and raise vital questions about truth, privacy, and responsibility in modern journalism.

After the screening, a panel of speakers will expand the conversation to explore local experiences, the state of community journalism, media ethics, and practical steps towards a more accountable and democratic press.
